The OnePlus 8 Pro design is way newer, but thicker and somewhat heavier than BlackBerry DTEK60. The OnePlus 8 Pro counts with a better display than BlackBerry DTEK60, because although it has a bit worse pixels density, it also counts with a bit higher 1440 x 3168 pixels resolution and a bigger display.
