The Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra is a lot better than BlackBerry KEY2, getting a 98.1 score against 75.4. Although Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra is way newer than the BlackBerry KEY2, it's way heavier and just a little bit thicker. Galaxy S21 Ultra features a much better display than BlackBerry KEY2, because it has a just a little better display pixel density, a lot bigger screen and a lot better resolution of 1440 x 3200 pixels.
The BlackBerry KEY2 has a much better storage capacity for applications and games than Galaxy S21 Ultra, and although they both have exactly the same 128 GB internal memory capacity, the BlackBerry KEY2 also has an external SD slot that admits up to 256 GB. The Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra features a bit more powerful CPU than BlackBerry KEY2, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra also has 6 GB more RAM memory.
Galaxy S21 Ultra shoots a lot better pictures and videos than BlackBerry KEY2, and although they both have a F1.8 aperture, the Galaxy S21 Ultra also has a much more MP camera in the back, a much larger camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors and a much better video definition. Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra features a much better battery life than BlackBerry KEY2, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity instead of 3500mAh.
