The Blackview BL6000 Pro counts with a very superior storage to store more apps and games than Galaxy Note3, because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with 192 GB more internal storage.
Blackview BL6000 Pro features a little bit better performance than Samsung Galaxy Note3, because it has a greater amount of RAM memory and 4 more cores (although slower). The Blackview BL6000 Pro features a bit better camera than Galaxy Note3, and although they both have the same (4K) video definition and the same video frame rates, the Blackview BL6000 Pro also has a much higher resolution back camera.
