The LG V30S ThinQ is much better than the Blackview BL8800 Pro, having an 82.5 score against 71.9. Both of these devices come with Android OS (Operating System), but LG V30S ThinQ has a more recent 8.0 Oreo version while Blackview BL8800 Pro has Android 11, offering some extra features and improved performance. LG V30S ThinQ's design is incredibly thinner and way lighter than the Blackview BL8800 Pro, although it was released 4 years before.
