Asus ROG Phone 8 has a general score of 79.5, which is slightly better than Blackview BV8900's 73.1 general score. Asus ROG Phone 8 is a lighter and a lot thinner cellphone than the Blackview BV8900, although both of them were only released with a couple months difference. Both of these phones use Android OS (operating system), but the Asus ROG Phone 8 has the newer 14 version while Blackview BV8900 has Android 13 version, so it provides the user lots of additional features and better performance.
Blackview BV8900 counts with a very superior processing unit than Asus ROG Phone 8, although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores. Asus ROG Phone 8 features a brighter screen than Blackview BV8900, because although it has a little bit lower count of pixels per inch of display and a bit worse resolution of 1080 x 2400px, it also counts with a little bit larger screen and a really brighter display.
Blackview BV8900 counts with a much bigger memory to store more games and applications than Asus ROG Phone 8, and although they both have the same 256 GB internal storage, the Blackview BV8900 also has a slot for an SD memory card that allows a maximum of 1 TB. Blackview BV8900 has a way better battery lifetime than Asus ROG Phone 8, because it has 10380mAh of battery capacity against 5500mAh.
Asus ROG Phone 8 features a very superior camera than Blackview BV8900, although it has a camera in the back with a much worse resolution.
