Huawei P20 Lite (2019) has a general score of 76.5, which is slightly better than the Blackview BV8900's overall score of 73.1. Both of these phones use Android OS, but Huawei P20 Lite (2019) has a newer 9.0 Pie version while Blackview BV8900 has Android 13 version, so it provides you lots of additional features and a performance increase.
