Xiaomi Poco F3 is much better than Blackview BV8900, having an 87.3 score against 73.1. Even though Xiaomi Poco F3 is way older than the Blackview BV8900, it's body is way thinner and extremely lighter. Both of these phones work with Android operating system, but Xiaomi Poco F3 has the older 11 version and Blackview BV8900 has Android 13 version.
