Asus ROG Phone 6D Ultimate is much better than Blackview Oscal Tiger 12, with a general score of 83.2 against 71.5. Both of these devices use Android OS (operating system), but Asus ROG Phone 6D Ultimate has older 12 version and Blackview Oscal Tiger 12 has Android 13. The Asus ROG Phone 6D Ultimate design is heavier and somewhat thicker than the Blackview Oscal Tiger 12.
