Comparison review
The HTC One M9 has a global score of 77.7, which is just a bit better than the Blackview Oscal Tiger 12's global score of 71.5. Both of these phones include Android OS (operating system), but the HTC One M9 has 5.0 version while Blackview Oscal Tiger 12 has Android 13 version. The HTC One M9 is a noticeably lighter but thicker device than Blackview Oscal Tiger 12.
