Huawei Mate 9 Pro has a score of 78.7, which is a bit better than Blackview Oscal Tiger 12's 71.5 general score. Both phones in this comparison include Android OS (operating system), but Huawei Mate 9 Pro has 8.0 Oreo version and Blackview Oscal Tiger 12 has Android 13 version, so it counts with a couple nice extra features. Huawei Mate 9 Pro's body is somewhat lighter and just a little bit thinner than Blackview Oscal Tiger 12.
