Huawei Nova 9 is much better than the Blackview Oscal Tiger 12, getting an 81 score against 71.5. The Huawei Nova 9 body is just a little bit thinner and somewhat lighter than Blackview Oscal Tiger 12. Both phones in this comparison have Android OS (Operating System), but the Huawei Nova 9 has the older 11 version while Blackview Oscal Tiger 12 has Android 13 version.
