The OnePlus 8 Pro is a little bit better than the Blackview Oscal Tiger 12, having a 77.2 score against 71.5. The OnePlus 8 Pro design has the same thickness than the Blackview Oscal Tiger 12, but it's a little heavier. OnePlus 8 Pro features a little better processing power than Blackview Oscal Tiger 12. They have the same number of cores and the same RAM amount.
The Blackview Oscal Tiger 12 features a bit sharper screen than OnePlus 8 Pro, because although it has a little bit inferior count of pixels per inch of screen and a much lower resolution of 1080 x 2460px, and they both have a screen with the same size, the Blackview Oscal Tiger 12 also counts with a way brighter screen.
