The Samsung Galaxy Alpha is slightly better than Blackview Oscal Tiger 12, getting a score of 76.3 against 71.5. These devices include Android operating system, but Samsung Galaxy Alpha has a newer 4.4.4 version while Blackview Oscal Tiger 12 has Android 13, providing some nice extra features. Samsung Galaxy Alpha is a much thinner and extremely lighter cellphone than Blackview Oscal Tiger 12.
The Blackview Oscal Tiger 12 has a lot better display than Samsung Galaxy Alpha, because it has more pixels per screen inch, a much higher resolution of 1080 x 2460 pixels and a much larger display.
