Comparison review
The Galaxy F23 is much better than the Blackview Oscal Tiger 12, with an 84.6 score against 71.5. Both devices in this comparison have Android operating system, but Galaxy F23 has older 12 version and Blackview Oscal Tiger 12 has Android 13 version. Blackview Oscal Tiger 12 has a much better screen than Galaxy F23, because although it has a just a little lower number of pixels per inch in the display, it also counts with a slightly better resolution of 1080 x 2460 and a bit bigger screen.
Blackview Oscal Tiger 12 counts with a bit faster CPU than Samsung Galaxy F23, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Blackview Oscal Tiger 12 also has a greater amount of RAM memory.
