Galaxy M13 is much better than Blackview Oscal Tiger 12, with an 81.1 score against 71.5. These devices use Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy M13 has the older 12 version while Blackview Oscal Tiger 12 has Android 13 version. Galaxy M13's body has the same thickness than Blackview Oscal Tiger 12, but it is a little bit lighter.
