The Galaxy Note 4 has a general score of 81.6, which is much better than Blackview Oscal Tiger 12's overall score of 71.5. Galaxy Note 4 is a somewhat lighter phone than Blackview Oscal Tiger 12, but both of them have the same thickness. Both of these phones work with Android operating system, but the Galaxy Note 4 has older 5.0 version while Blackview Oscal Tiger 12 has Android 13.
