Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy Note3 is just a bit better than the Blackview Oscal Tiger 12, having a score of 77.7 against 71.5. Both phones in our current comparison come with Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy Note3 has the newer 4.4.2 version and Blackview Oscal Tiger 12 has Android 13, giving some nice extra features. Samsung Galaxy Note3 is a somewhat lighter phone than the Blackview Oscal Tiger 12, but both are 0.33inches thick.
