Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy Note8 is much better than Blackview Oscal Tiger 12, with a score of 83 against 71.5. Both phones we compare here include Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy Note8 has 9.0 Pie version while Blackview Oscal Tiger 12 has Android 13 version, offering a lot of extra features. The Samsung Galaxy Note8 construction is just a little lighter but just a little bit thicker than the Blackview Oscal Tiger 12.
Galaxy Note8 has a bit better CPU than Blackview Oscal Tiger 12, although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core processor.
