The Galaxy XCover Pro is much better than Blackview Oscal Tiger 12, with an 81 score against 71.5. Galaxy XCover Pro is a just a little heavier and thicker cellphone than Blackview Oscal Tiger 12. These devices have Android OS, but Galaxy XCover Pro has the previous 11 version while Blackview Oscal Tiger 12 has Android 13.
