The Xiaomi Black Shark 4 is much better than Blackview Oscal Tiger 12, getting an 88.3 score against 71.5. The Xiaomi Black Shark 4 body is somewhat thicker and just a little bit heavier than Blackview Oscal Tiger 12. Both of these phones come with Android OS (operating system), but Xiaomi Black Shark 4 has the previous 11 version and Blackview Oscal Tiger 12 has Android 13 version.
