The Xiaomi Mi 10 Lite is much better than Blackview Oscal Tiger 12, getting an 83.6 score against 71.5. Both devices we are comparing come with Android OS (Operating System), but Xiaomi Mi 10 Lite has the older 10 version and Blackview Oscal Tiger 12 has Android 13 version.
