Comparison review
The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 is slightly better than Blackview Oscal Tiger 12, getting a score of 76.6 against 71.5. Both phones we compare here use Android operating system, but the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 has 10 version while Blackview Oscal Tiger 12 has Android 13 version. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 construction is just a little thicker and just a bit heavier than the Blackview Oscal Tiger 12.
The Blackview Oscal Tiger 12 counts with just a little better hardware performance than Xiaomi Redmi Note 9, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Blackview Oscal Tiger 12 also has more RAM memory.
