The Galaxy S8 Active features a much better looking screen than BLU Dash Music JR, because it has a much better pixel density, a much better 1440 x 2960 resolution and a lot bigger display.

The Galaxy S8 Active features a very superior battery life than BLU Dash Music JR, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity against 1450mAh.
