The Nokia 3.1 A is much better than the BLU Life Play Mini, having a 64.8 score against 47.8. Nokia 3.1 A's design has the same thickness than the BLU Life Play Mini, but it is notably heavier. These phones have Android OS, but the Nokia 3.1 A has a newer 9.0 Pie version while BLU Life Play Mini has Android 4.4.2, so it provides the user some additional features and performance enhancements.
