Samsung Galaxy S III has a score of 69.7, which is a little bit better than the BLU Pure XL's overall score of 64.6. Samsung Galaxy S III is an older cellphone than BLU Pure XL, but Samsung made it somewhat thinner and much lighter anyway. BLU Pure XL features just a bit better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy S III, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics processing unit, it also counts with more RAM memory and a higher number of cores.
The Galaxy S III counts with a slightly better display than BLU Pure XL, although it has a way lower 1280 x 720 resolution, a lot lower pixels count per screen inch and a lot smaller screen. The BLU Pure XL features a very superior storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy S III, and although they both have a slot for external memory cards that admits a maximum of 64 GB, the BLU Pure XL also has 64 GB internal storage.
The BLU Pure XL counts with a really longer battery duration than Samsung Galaxy S III, because it has a 3500mAh battery capacity instead of 2100mAh. BLU Pure XL shoots much better photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy S III, because it has a much bigger sensor providing a much better image quality, a much more megapixels back camera and a much better (4K) video quality.
The Galaxy S III not only is the best devices between the ones we are comparing here, but it's also by far the cheapest, which makes this phone an obvious call.
