The Galaxy Grand Max has a general score of 70.6, which is just a bit better than BLU Pure XL's 64.3 score. Even when Galaxy Grand Max and the BLU Pure XL were released only a couple months apart, Galaxy Grand Max is incredibly lighter and somewhat thinner. Both of these devices have Android OS, but the Galaxy Grand Max has 4.4.4 version while BLU Pure XL has Android 5.1.
The BLU Pure XL features a brighter screen than Galaxy Grand Max, because it has a larger display, much more pixels per inch of screen and a lot higher resolution of 2560 x 1440px. Samsung Galaxy Grand Max has a bit faster processing unit than BLU Pure XL, because although it has 1,5 GB less RAM, it also counts with an extra graphics processor, a greater number of cores and a 64-bits CPU.
The BLU Pure XL has a much better camera than Galaxy Grand Max, because it has a much more megapixels back facing camera and a much higher (4K) video quality. The BLU Pure XL features much more memory capacity to store more games and applications than Galaxy Grand Max, and although they both have a slot for SD memory cards that supports up to 64 GB, the BLU Pure XL also has 64 GB internal storage capacity.
BLU Pure XL has a really longer battery life than Galaxy Grand Max, because it has a 3500mAh battery capacity against 2500mAh.
