The Galaxy Note 3 is a lot better than BLU Quattro 5.7 HD, with an 80.7 score against 51.3. Both phones in this review work with Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy Note 3 has a newer 5.0 version and BLU Quattro 5.7 HD has Android 4.0. Galaxy Note 3's design is much thinner and noticeably lighter than BLU Quattro 5.7 HD.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 has a brighter display than BLU Quattro 5.7 HD, and although they both have a display with the same size, the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 also has a higher screen density and a way higher 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution. Samsung Galaxy Note 3 features a much better storage to install games and applications than BLU Quattro 5.7 HD, because it has more internal memory and a slot for external memory cards that supports up to 64 GB.
