Kyocera Hydro Elite has a general score of 59.6, which is much better than BLU Studio 5.0II's 47.3 general score. These devices work with Android operating system, but Kyocera Hydro Elite has an older 4.1 version while BLU Studio 5.0II has Android 4.2 version. The Kyocera Hydro Elite design is somewhat lighter but somewhat thicker than BLU Studio 5.0II.
