Both of these phones work with Android operating system, but Motorola PHOTON 4G has the previous 2.3 version and BLU Studio 7.0 LTE has Android 5.1. BLU Studio 7.0 LTE has a little sharper display than Motorola PHOTON 4G, because although it has a just a little lower display density, it also counts with a much bigger display and a better resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels.
