The LG Viper 4G LTE has a global score of 56.6, which is slightly better than BLU Win HD's 51.6 overall score. LG Viper 4G LTE has Android 4.0 operating system, while BLU Win HD has Windows Phone 8.1 operating system. LG Viper 4G LTE is a noticeably thicker and just a little heavier cellphone than BLU Win HD.

The BLU Win HD features a bit better processing power than LG Viper 4G LTE, and although they both have a 1 GB RAM, the BLU Win HD also has more 1200 MHz cpu cores and an extra graphics co-processor. LG Viper 4G LTE counts with a screen that is very similar to the display in BLU Win HD, although the LG Viper 4G LTE has a much smaller display, a bit worse pixel number per inch of display and a way worse resolution of 800 x 480 pixels.

The BLU Win HD has a much greater storage capacity to install applications and games than LG Viper 4G LTE, and although they both have a slot for an external memory card that allows a maximum of 32 GB, the BLU Win HD also has more internal storage. BLU Win HD captures way better photos and videos than LG Viper 4G LTE, because it has a much higher resolution back camera.

The BLU Win HD counts with superior battery lifetime than LG Viper 4G LTE, because it has a 2200mAh battery capacity instead of 1700mAh.

Even being the best phone between the ones we are comparing, the LG Viper 4G LTE is also by far the cheapest one, which makes this phone an obvious call.
