Huawei P40 is much better than CAT B15, getting an 86.4 score against 47. The Huawei P40 design is a lot thinner but just a little heavier than CAT B15. Both of these devices include Android operating system, but the Huawei P40 has the newer 10 version while CAT B15 has Android 4.1 version, counting with a lot of extra features and some performance improvements.
The Huawei P40 counts with a lot better performance than CAT B15, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics co-processor, it also counts with a larger amount of RAM memory and a greater number of faster cores. Huawei P40 has a bit better looking display than CAT B15, because it has a way higher resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels, a lot greater amount of pixels per inch of display and a lot bigger screen.

The Huawei P40 has a way better camera than CAT B15, because it has a camera in the back with a lot higher resolution.
