Samsung Galaxy Note 3 has a global score of 80.7, which is way better than CAT B15's 47 overall score. Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is a noticeably thinner and a little lighter cellphone than CAT B15. Both of these phones include Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 has the newer 5.0 version and CAT B15 has Android 4.1 version.
Galaxy Note 3 has a brighter display than CAT B15, because it has a lot bigger screen, a much higher 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution and a way better pixels count per inch of screen.
