The Samsung Illusion has a general score of 51.6, which is a little bit better than CAT B15's 47 overall score. Both of these devices come with Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Illusion has the older 2.3 version and CAT B15 has Android 4.1. Samsung Illusion's body is noticeably lighter and thinner than the CAT B15.
