Samsung Galaxy Note 3 has a general score of 80.7, which is much better than the CAT B15's 47 score. These phones work with Android operating system, but Samsung Galaxy Note 3 has the newer 5.0 version and CAT B15 has Android 4.1 version. Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is a much thinner and a little lighter device than CAT B15.
Samsung Galaxy Note 3 counts with a more vivid screen than CAT B15, because it has way more pixels per screen inch, a really bigger display and a way higher resolution of 1920 x 1080px. Samsung Galaxy Note 3 features a much bigger storage capacity to store more games and applications than CAT B15, because it has a SD memory slot that allows a maximum of 64 GB and 64 GB internal memory capacity.
Galaxy Note 3 features a better processing unit than CAT B15, because it has a higher number of cores (and also faster), a larger amount of RAM and a faster graphics co-processor.
