Galaxy Note 4 has an overall score of 81.6, which is a lot better than Caterpillar CAT B15Q's score of 50.2. Both devices in this comparison review work with Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy Note 4 has a newer 5.0 version and Caterpillar CAT B15Q has Android 4.4 version, counting with a couple additional features and some performance improvements.
