Galaxy Note 3 has a general score of 81.2, which is a lot better than Emporia SMART's overall score of 43.5. Both devices in this review have Android OS, but the Galaxy Note 3 has a newer 5.0 version while Emporia SMART has Android 4.4.2 version. Galaxy Note 3's construction is much heavier but somewhat thinner than Emporia SMART, and both of them were only released 6 months apart.
