Comparison review

Galaxy Note Edge is way better than the GIGABYTE GSmart Maya M1 v2, having a score of 81.7 against 47.3. Both phones in our current comparison work with Android operating system, but Galaxy Note Edge has newer 5.0 version and GIGABYTE GSmart Maya M1 v2 has Android 4.2 version, providing a couple additional features and increased performance. The Galaxy Note Edge construction is heavier but somewhat thinner than the GIGABYTE GSmart Maya M1 v2.

Samsung Galaxy Note Edge has a much more vibrant display than GIGABYTE GSmart Maya M1 v2, because it has a bigger screen, a lot higher resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels and a much higher pixel amount per inch in the display. Galaxy Note Edge has a superior hardware performance than GIGABYTE GSmart Maya M1 v2, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Galaxy Note Edge also has 2 GB more RAM and a better graphics processing unit working at 500 MHz.

The Galaxy Note Edge has a much greater storage for games and applications than GIGABYTE GSmart Maya M1 v2, because it has an external memory slot that admits up to 128 GB. The Galaxy Note Edge features a greater camera than GIGABYTE GSmart Maya M1 v2, because it has a much better 16 mega-pixels resolution camera in the back.

The Galaxy Note Edge has a very superior battery lifetime than GIGABYTE GSmart Maya M1 v2, because it has a 76 percent greater battery capacity.

Samsung Galaxy Note Edge and the GIGABYTE GSmart Maya M1 v2 cost the same, which makes it an easy decision.
