IPhone 6s is a little bit better than the Google Nexus 6, getting a overall score of 83 against 81.1. IPhone 6s works with iOS 9.x OS, and Google Nexus 6 works with Android 5.1 OS. The iPhone 6s is a newer device, and it's also lighter and much thinner than Google Nexus 6. The Apple iPhone 6s counts with a bit faster processing unit than Google Nexus 6, because although it has an inferior number of cores and lesser RAM memory, it also counts with a better graphics co-processor and a 64-bits processing unit.
The Google Nexus 6 features a slightly better looking screen than iPhone 6s, because it has a much higher resolution of 2560 x 1440px, way more pixels per inch in the display and a bigger screen.
