Comparison review
Google Nexus 6 has a general score of 81.1, which is a bit better than the Google Pixel 3a XL's 78.9 general score. Despite being the best cellphone we are comparing here, we must note that it is also a much older, just a little heavier and way thicker cellphone. These phones include Android OS (Operating System), but the Google Nexus 6 has the older 5.1 version while Google Pixel 3a XL has Android 11 version.
Google Nexus 6 counts with a bit faster processing unit than Google Pixel 3a XL, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory and a lower number of cores (but faster), it also counts with an extra graphics processor. The Google Nexus 6 has a brighter display than Google Pixel 3a XL, and although they both have a display of the same size, the Google Nexus 6 also has a little bit more pixels per inch in the display and a better resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels.
Google Pixel 3a XL's memory to install games and applications is just as good as Google Nexus 6's one, they have equal internal memory capacity. Google Pixel 3a XL shoots clearer videos and photos than Google Nexus 6, because although it has a worse 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and a worse 12.2 megapixels resolution camera, it also counts with a bigger camera aperture for better low light captures and videos.
The Google Pixel 3a XL features just a bit better battery performance than Google Nexus 6, because it has a 3700mAh battery size against 3220mAh.
Although Google Nexus 6 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the Google Pixel 3a XL, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Google Pixel 3a XL. If you prefer to save some money, you can buy Google Pixel 3a XL, giving up a few specs and features, but you'll get the most out of your budget.
