Google Nexus 6 is just a bit better than HTC U Ultra, with an 81.1 score against 77. Google Nexus 6's design is extremely older, just a little heavier and way thicker than HTC U Ultra. The Google Nexus 6 counts with a little bit better display than HTC U Ultra, because although it has a little bit worse pixel density, and they both have the same exact resolution of 2560 x 1440px, the Google Nexus 6 also counts with a little bit larger screen.
The HTC U Ultra features a very superior memory to install applications and games than Google Nexus 6, and although they both have the same internal memory, the HTC U Ultra also has a SD memory card expansion slot that supports up to 1,95 TB. Google Nexus 6 counts with a little bit better performance than HTC U Ultra, because although it has 1 GB less RAM memory, and they both have 4 cpu cores, the Google Nexus 6 also counts with a graphics processing unit.
