The Google Nexus 6 is slightly better than the HTC U23 Pro, having a overall score of 81.1 against 77.8. Both devices in this comparison review work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Google Nexus 6 has 5.1 version and HTC U23 Pro has Android 13 version. Although the Google Nexus 6 is older and somewhat thicker than HTC U23 Pro, it's body is still lighter.
