Comparison review

Google Nexus 6 has a general score of 81.1, which is slightly better than the Motorola Edge (2024)'s 78.5 score. Both of these phones have Android operating system, but Google Nexus 6 has older 5.1 version and Motorola Edge (2024) has Android 14 version. Even though the Google Nexus 6 is better than the Motorola Edge (2024), we must highlight that it is also a lot older, just a little heavier and incredibly thicker.

Motorola Edge (2024) counts with a display that is just as good as the display in Google Nexus 6, because although the Motorola Edge (2024) has a little worse 1080 x 2400 resolution and a little bit lower display density, it also counts with a quite bigger display. Google Nexus 6 has a much faster CPU than Motorola Edge (2024), because although it has a lower amount of RAM and less cpu cores (although they are faster), it also counts with an additional graphics processing unit.

The Motorola Edge (2024) features a little bit better camera than Google Nexus 6, and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the Motorola Edge (2024) also has a camera in the back with a way higher 50 mega-pixels resolution and a larger camera aperture to capture better low light photos and video.

The Motorola Edge (2024) has a very superior memory capacity for games and applications than Google Nexus 6, because it has more internal storage. Motorola Edge (2024) has a really longer battery lifetime than Google Nexus 6, because it has a 5000mAh battery size against 3220mAh.

Although Google Nexus 6 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Motorola Edge (2024), and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Motorola Edge (2024). So if you need that extra specs, you can buy Google Nexus 6, otherwise you can save some dollars and get the Motorola Edge (2024), letting go some specs and features.
