Google Nexus 6 is a little bit better than Moto Z3 Play, having an 81.1 score against 76.3. Google Nexus 6's design is incredibly older, somewhat heavier and much thicker than the Moto Z3 Play. Google Nexus 6 counts with a more vivid screen than Moto Z3 Play, and although they both have a display of the same size, the Google Nexus 6 also has a higher 2560 x 1440 resolution and a little better pixels density.
The Moto Z3 Play features a way bigger storage for games and applications than Google Nexus 6, and although they both have exactly the same 64 GB internal storage capacity, the Moto Z3 Play also has a slot for an SD memory card that allows a maximum of 1,95 TB. Google Nexus 6 has a bit better CPU than Moto Z3 Play, because although it has an inferior number of cores (although faster) and a smaller amount of RAM memory, it also counts with an additional graphics co-processor.
Motorola Moto Z3 Play counts with a bit better camera than Google Nexus 6, because although it has a camera with a worse resolution and a worse (4K) video quality, it also counts with a bigger aperture. The Google Nexus 6 features a little longer battery lifetime than Motorola Moto Z3 Play, because it has a 7% greater battery size.
Although Google Nexus 6 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Motorola Moto Z3 Play, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Motorola Moto Z3 Play. If you want to save a few dollars, you can get Motorola Moto Z3 Play, and give up a couple features, but you'll get the most with your savings.
