Google Nexus 6 is a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy A40, getting an 81.1 score against 79.6. Both of these phones come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Google Nexus 6 has older 5.1 version while Samsung Galaxy A40 has Android 11. Although it's the best in this review, we must note that it is also a incredibly older, incredibly heavier and extremely thicker cellphone.
Google Nexus 6 features a little better processing power than Galaxy A40, because although it has a lower amount of RAM and 4 less CPU cores , it also counts with a graphics co-processor. The Google Nexus 6 has a little sharper screen than Galaxy A40, because it has a quite bigger display, a better resolution of 2560 x 1440px and a just a bit higher pixels amount per display inch.
The Google Nexus 6 and the Galaxy A40 feature really similar cameras, and although the Galaxy A40 has a bigger aperture to capture better low-light photos and videos and a more mega-pixels back facing camera, they both have the same video frame rates and the same 1920x1080 video definition. The Galaxy A40 has a very superior memory capacity for games and applications than Google Nexus 6, and although they both have equal 64 GB internal memory, the Galaxy A40 also has an external memory card slot that allows up to 512 GB.
Google Nexus 6 has a little longer battery duration than Galaxy A40, because it has a 3220mAh battery capacity.
