Google Nexus 6 has a general score of 81.1, which is a little bit better than Galaxy Alpha's score of 76.3. Both devices we are comparing include Android OS (Operating System), but the Google Nexus 6 has a newer 5.1 version while Galaxy Alpha has Android 4.4.4, providing you some extra features and performance optimizations. The Google Nexus 6 construction is notably heavier and thicker than Galaxy Alpha.
