Google Nexus 6 has a general score of 81.1, which is slightly better than the Galaxy Note3's 77.7 general score. Even though the Google Nexus 6 is newer than Galaxy Note3, it's just a bit heavier and somewhat thicker. Both devices in this comparison review work with Android OS (Operating System), but Google Nexus 6 has the newer 5.1 version while Galaxy Note3 has Android 4.4.2 version, giving you lots of additional features.
Google Nexus 6 features a bit better hardware performance than Galaxy Note3, and although they both have the same RAM memory amount and 4 cores, the Google Nexus 6 also has an additional graphics processor. The Google Nexus 6 has a brighter screen than Samsung Galaxy Note3, because it has a greater pixels density, a quite bigger display and a higher 2560 x 1440 resolution.
Galaxy Note3 has a very superior memory capacity for games and applications than Google Nexus 6, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory capacity, the Galaxy Note3 also has an external SD slot that holds a maximum of 64 GB. The Galaxy Note3 features a battery performance that is just as good as Google Nexus 6's battery lifetime, although the Galaxy Note3 has a 1% lower battery capacity.
The Galaxy Note3 takes slightly better pictures and videos than Google Nexus 6, although it has a tinier aperture which is not favorable for taking pictures and video in low light environments, they both have the same video quality, the same video frame rate and a 13 megapixels back-facing camera.
