Samsung Galaxy Note8 is a little bit better than Google Nexus 6, getting an 83 score against 81.1. Both of these phones work with Android OS, but Samsung Galaxy Note8 has the newer 9.0 Pie version and Google Nexus 6 has Android 5.1 version, so it gives a lot of extra features. Samsung Galaxy Note8 is a extremely newer and somewhat thinner phone than Google Nexus 6, but it's just a little heavier.

Google Nexus 6 counts with a slightly better looking display than Samsung Galaxy Note8, although it has a little bit smaller screen, a little bit worse resolution of 2560 x 1440px and a little bit worse screen pixel density. Galaxy Note8 has much more memory to install games and applications than Google Nexus 6, and although they both have the same 64 GB internal memory capacity, the Galaxy Note8 also has a slot for SD memory cards that supports up to 256 GB.

Google Nexus 6 features just a bit better performance than Galaxy Note8, because although it has 4 less cores and lesser RAM memory, it also counts with an extra graphics processing unit. Galaxy Note8 has a little bit better camera than Google Nexus 6, because although it has a lower 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and a camera with a lower 12 megapixels resolution, it also counts with a larger camera aperture to take better low-light photography and videos.

The Samsung Galaxy Note8 counts with a bit superior battery life than Google Nexus 6, because it has 3300mAh of battery capacity instead of 3220mAh.

Even being the best phone of the ones we compare here, the Samsung Galaxy Note8 is also a bargain compared to the other ones, which makes this phone a no doubt choice.
