Google Nexus 6 has a little faster processing unit than Xiaomi Mi Max 2, because although it has a lower number of cores (but faster) and 1 GB less RAM memory, it also counts with an additional graphics processor. Xiaomi Mi Max 2 counts with a superior battery life than Google Nexus 6, because it has 5300mAh of battery capacity. The Xiaomi Mi Max 2 takes a little bit better photographs and videos than Google Nexus 6, although it has a worse (4K) video resolution, a back-facing camera with lesser mega pixels and a tinier diafragm aperture which is not favorable for shooting photographs or videos in low-light environments.
Although Google Nexus 6 is a better device, it costs a lot more than Xiaomi Mi Max 2, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Xiaomi Mi Max 2. If you want to save some money, you can buy the Xiaomi Mi Max 2, and give up a few features and specs, but you'll get the most out of your savings.
