Comparison review
The Apple iPhone 6s Plus is just a bit better than the Google Pixel 2 XL, getting a score of 84.2 against 82.5. Despite of the fact Apple iPhone 6s Plus is notably older and just a little heavier than Google Pixel 2 XL, it's body is still a little bit thinner. The iPhone 6s Plus has a bit faster CPU than Google Pixel 2 XL, because although it has a lower number of cores and also slower and less RAM memory, it also counts with a 64-bits CPU and an extra GPU.
IPhone 6s Plus features a little bit better display than Google Pixel 2 XL, although it has a quite smaller display, a way worse count of pixels in each inch in the display and a much lower 1920 x 1080px resolution. The iPhone 6s Plus's storage for games and applications is just as good as the Google Pixel 2 XL one, both have exactly the same 128 GB internal storage capacity.
The Google Pixel 2 XL features greater battery life than iPhone 6s Plus, because it has 3520mAh of battery capacity. Google Pixel 2 XL shoots a little bit better videos and photos than Apple iPhone 6s Plus, and although they both have the same (4K) video resolution and the same video frame rate, the Google Pixel 2 XL also has a larger camera sensor capturing higher quality videos and pictures, a higher 12.2 MP resolution camera and a bigger diafragm aperture.
Although Apple iPhone 6s Plus is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Google Pixel 2 XL, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Google Pixel 2 XL. So if you need that extra features, you can buy Apple iPhone 6s Plus, else you can save a couple dollars and buy the Google Pixel 2 XL, giving up some specifications.
