Comparison review
The Huawei P40 Pro has a score of 88.2, which is a little bit better than Google Pixel 2 XL's global score of 82.5. Huawei P40 Pro's body is much newer than Google Pixel 2 XL's, but it is thicker and somewhat heavier. Google Pixel 2 XL counts with a little bit better looking screen than Huawei P40 Pro, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a slightly higher resolution of 1440 x 2880px and a just a little higher pixel density.
Huawei P40 Pro's memory to store more apps and games is just as good as Google Pixel 2 XL's one, both have equal 128 GB internal memory capacity. Huawei P40 Pro features a bit better performance than Google Pixel 2 XL, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Huawei P40 Pro also has 4 GB more RAM.
The Huawei P40 Pro has improved battery lifetime than Google Pixel 2 XL, because it has 4200mAh of battery capacity. The Huawei P40 Pro counts with a lot better camera than Google Pixel 2 XL, because although it has a smaller camera aperture which is not so good for capturing pictures in low light situations, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video quality, the Huawei P40 Pro also counts with a much better 50 mega-pixels resolution back-facing camera, faster 60 fps video frame rates and a way larger sensor providing a lot better image quality.
